Management of EQS

EQS is a web-based application. Extend offers operating with our operating partner, making sure the customer will not have to worry about upgrades, backups or server operation. EQS can also be installed in your usual operating environment, which can either handle upgrades and maintenance with own resources or purchase assistance from Extend, to all or parts of the job.

Extend operates EQS

Extend has extensive experience with operating EQS. All elements of our infrastructure are protected with emergency power and status alerts via e-mail (with a notice when service goes down and comes up again), ensuring high uptime for all our customers. If Extend operate EQS for the customer, they are guaranteed the most recent version of the software.

Local operation of EQS

Installation of EQS can be done by the customer, if EQS should be run locally. A prepared, detailed technical documentation is issued following the installation. Setup of the associated Web server and database are also included. With local installation, many of our customers also set up the “Single Sign On”, which means that users do not have to log on EQS.

Extend can also help upgrade customers who operate resolved locally via remote access
