Overview of planned activities

Activity Planning

The vast majority of businesses, companies, schools or departments make their own plan with activities to be carried out during the year. It is not always easy to keep track of everything that will happen and who is responsible for the various activities and all tasks to be completed. The EQS Activity Planner module gives you an overview of planned activities found in your organization.

The EQS Activity Planner enables you to create multi-level activities, and with a visualization in form of an “annual cycle” it will be much easier to get an overview. It is also possible to visualize the activities as a table. The activity planner is primarily intended for the company’s most important activities; such as milestones, key meetings and deadlines. In EQS an activity always have a responsible user, but each activity can consist of many tasks where there are different users responsible for performing and certifying that they have completed their task.

An activity may be periodic, can be related to documents and forms, can be exported to a calendar, can be linked to a unit / group / profession, may consist of other activities and may consist of several sub-activities. A sub-activity can for example be a checklist. Anyone who is a member can acknowledge the tasks performed.

You can decide how the annual cycle / year wheel is displayed, and you can also decide if you want to see it as a traditional year wheel or in tabular form, how many categories you want to see at the same time and if you want a month or week view. It is also possible to filter activities and you can choose to see only activities where you are the owner, member or responsible.
