Extend – part of Norway’s largest and best quality system environment

Extend has a new owner. As part of its long-term commitment to create the Nordic region’s leading supplier of quality systems, Confirma Software has entered on the ownership side of Extend.

Together with the sister company Compilo, this will be Norway’s strongest quality management system environment. Confirma’s acquisition of Extend further strengthens the group’s position in quality management in both the public and private sectors.

The collaboration will not bring practical changes for Extend’s customers. The company will continue as its own unit and EQS will be delivered and further developed.

Extend has now become part of a group of significant resources for further development of solutions, concepts, expertise and organization, and will continue to develop our quality system solutions for the benefit of our customers both now and in the future.

Confirma Software is a provider of vertical enterprise software solutions across the Nordic region and has a total of 150 employees and more than 2,100 customers. The company’s headquartered is in Stockholm. Compilo is Norway’s largest supplier of quality and internal control system with 230 municipalities as customers.
